DIRECTION
Bath: Add 3-4 pumps to tepid bath water and bathe for 10-15 minutes. Once done, pat the skin dry and massage the excess oil back into the skin.
Topical Application: Massage 1-2 pumps directly into the skin and allow to absorb (use more as required).
For mild eczema/dermatitis, use in combination with C+ Cream.

Patch test before first use, take care surfaces will be slippery if used in a bath
